Our Global Supply Chain organization includes all the key functionalities of an effective supply chain from demand planning for manufacturing, purchasing and strategic sourcing, logistics, quality control, ERP development, distribution and customer service. Additionally, supply chain interfaces on a regular basis with finance, product development, regulatory, IT and sales.

Supply Chain Analyst, Packaging and Logistics
Our Global Supply Chain division seeks a highly motivated individual looking to gain hands on experience and immediate accountability within our supply chain process. Strong preference is given for someone with an engineering background.

Individual must have ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Additional traits include ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks, effectively communicate English verbally and in writing, present information and respond to questions. Must be a team player and have good knowledge of pc tools (Office Suite), ERP systems a plus.

An educational background in engineering or significant engineering work experience will deliver additional technical value in working with our suppliers and manufacturing sites as well as providing expertise within the supply group.

The supply chain analyst position will focus on supporting the organization in two primary ways:
-through gaining a thorough understanding and executing our Packaging materials procurement process (compliance issues, specifications, DOT regulation, UN testing, ERP system, supplier management, etc.)

- through learning and executing the processes involved in successful Logistics management (importation, Customs process, EPA approval requirements, working with freight forwarders, etc.)

The supply chain analyst position will have opportunity to provide continuous improvement into the company’s domestic and international supply chain.

General Information
